CAIRO – Egypt’s Minister of Supply and Internal Trade Ali Moselhi said the State’s institutions work collectively to face the global food shortage caused by the Russian-Ukrainian crisis.
Moselhi made the remarks during a Senate plenary session held on Sunday to debate an interpellation by a number of Senators on the global food crisis.
The supply minister explained that the government has formed a crisis committee comprising all ministries concerned to confront the impact of the current global crisis on strategic food commodities.
