State Council Chairman Mohamed Hossam Eddin said female judges became part of the judicial fabric as they proved their success.
He said appointing female judges became an example to be followed through their hard work.
He said in a speech on Monday as 39 female judges were being sworn in.
He welcomed the new judges for joining the council in line with the Presidential Decree no 247 of 2022.
The total number of female judges has become 137 since the president directed to appoint female judges, he said, noting that some of the appointed female judges got masters and doctoral degrees.
