Egyptian Sports and Youth Minister Ashraf Sobhy said on Monday the ministry coordinates with the World Jeet Kune Do Federation in the coming period to make more youth play the game.
Sobhy’s remarks came during his meeting with Ahmed Abdel Latif, the federation’s president and President of the Association of African Sports Confederations Ahmed Nasser.
Abdel Latif thanked the minister for his contribution to establishing an African federation for Jeet Kune Do.
Jeet Kune Do is a modern martial art incorporating elements of kung fu, fencing, and boxing.
