Egypt’s Social Solidarity Minister Nevine Qabbag has stressed that the ministry pays much attention to provide inhabitants of shanty areas that were developed with all needed development services under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
Qabbag told MENA on Sunday that the government turned Sisi’s directives into actions and took serious steps to address the issue of slums through launching development programs and initiatives and raise economic and social levels for families in the developed areas.
She added that the Social Solidarity Ministry focuses on solving issues related to health, education, family planning, environment, protection from societal and family violence, combat of addiction and qualification of job seekers to create more jobs, among others.
