CAIRO – Egyptian Minister of Social Solidarity Nevine el-Kabbaj on Sunday checked on the unified e-platform for economic empowerment which is set to be launched to automate all small and micro-sized projects carried out under the umbrella of the Social Solidarity Ministry.
With a capital estimated at 4.5 billion pounds, financing will be channeled through parties concerned with the file; namely the Ministry of Social Solidarity, Nasser Social Bank (NSB) as well as similar relevant parties.
Kabbaj made the remarks during the first meeting of the ministry’s economic empowerment projects’ central supervision committee, which was formed in January 2024 to follow up on economic projects carried out under the umbrella of the ministry alongside facilitating financial procedures of the loaning projects.
