CAIRO – Egyptian Minister of Social Solidarity Maya Morsi announced a bundle of urgent steps to facilitate the living conditions of the disabled.
She asserted the keenness of the state to guarantee the rights of the disabled and improve an integrated service system for them.
Morsi decided forming field follow-up committees for the activities and affairs of the rehabilitation offices which are 232 offices in Egypt.
The follow-up committees aim at governing the work mechanisms and registration in the integrated services system in addition to minimizing the percent of mistakes in the registration of the disabled in the system.
