Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi witnessed Thursday morning the inauguration of the first phase of New Mansoura City and New Mansoura University in Dakahlia Governorate.
Upon arrival, President Sisi was received by Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli, Minister of Housing of Utilities and Urban Communities Assem el Gazar and a number of ministers and senior state officials.
The president will inspect el Hisas village in Sherbin town, one of the villages of “Decent Life” initiative in Dakahlia Governorate.
Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi said that New Mansoura City is one of the new smart cities that the state is setting up nationwide.
The city is one of development arteries in the Northern Coast of Egypt.
It includes all facilities and services; such as government areas, markets, places of worship, cultural and entertainment areas, restaurants and central parks.
