Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi said Sunday that Egypt looks forward to developing its relations with Kuwaiti businessmen and companies to increase Kuwaiti investments in Egypt on the back of the available of various investment opportunities provided by the government in all development sectors.
During a meeting with a Kuwaiti businessmen delegation under Mohamed Jassem Al Saqr, board chairman of the Kuwaiti Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the president pointed out that Egypt enjoys modern infrastructure including a network of roads, transport and ports, in addition to its strong will and political decision that support its policies at the highest levels.
Presidential spokesman Bassam Rady said the president entrusted the Kuwait delegation with conveying his greetings to Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Nawwaf Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah and Crown Prince Mashaal Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah .
For their part, the Kuwaiti delegation members conveyed to president Sisi the greetings of the Kuwaiti Emir and Crown prince expressing happiness at meeting the president which they said would be a chance for promoting joint cooperation.
The delegation members hailed the investment opportunities available in Egypt especially in the sectors on renewable energy, tourism, construction, agriculture, industry and health care.
They also praised the development projects Egypt witnessed during the past years which facilitate the flow of investments into the country.
The meeting dealt with horizons of economic cooperation between Egypt and Kuwait to achieve common interests.
