CAIRO – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi is set to start on Monday an official foreign tour that includes Oman and Bahrain as part of the deeply-rooted Egyptian-Gulf ties at all levels.
In statements, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi said the president will discuss with Sultan of Oman Haitham bin Tariq Al Said and Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa means of consolidating bilateral ties.
They will also discuss co-operation and coordination on various regional and international issues of mutual interest during the current stage, the spokesman said.
They will also discuss unifying efforts to preserve the Arab national security and facing attempts to interfere into the domestic affairs of Arab countries and undermine their stability, the spokesman added.
