Egypt’s President Abdel Fatah El Sisi has stressed the importance of providing proper and affordable housing units to citizens in a way securing social stability.
During a meeting with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli and Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Sherif El Sherbini, the president called for benefitting from the developed infrastructure which was fulfilled during the past years.
Presidential spokesman Ahmed Fahmi said the president was briefed during the meeting on the progress achieved in housing projects in the governorates.
The president called for expanding the participation of the private sector in the projects with a focus on developing the south of international road and luring more investments.
