Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi asserted that he followed up with interest the session of the Board of Trustees of the National Dialogue, praising the continuous work of the “loyal sons of Egypt” who seek dialogue and discussion for the sake of “our dear Egypt”.
President Sisi said in a post on his official page on social media on Monday “I’ve followed with interest the session of the Board of Trustees of the National Dialogue yesterday and appreciate the continuous work of the loyal sons of Egypt who seek dialogue and discussion for the sake of our dear Egypt. I stress taking into account what has been discussed in yesterday’s session regarding the legislative amendment that allows for the full supervision of judicial bodies over the electoral process. I have directed the government and the state agencies concerned to study this proposal and its implementation mechanisms.
