Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Monday posed for a photo op with top officials and workers of the Eastern Sugar Factory in Sharqiya governorate during a ceremony to mark Labor Day.
Following the photo op, Sisi made a tour of the factory and was accompanied by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli and a galaxy of top state officails.
