Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Thursday issued Decree 417 of 2023 pardoning some inmates on the occasion of the anniversary of the 6th of October War victory.
A higher committee will be formed from the concerned security authorities, headed by Assistant Minister of the Interior for the Social Protection Sector, to consider those who deserve pardon in accordance with the provisions of this decision.
