Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, attended on Tuesday the admission examinations for students applying to join the Military Academy and other military colleges.
These tests were held for the first time at the new academy headquarters in the New Administrative Capital.
The official spokesman for the Presidency Ambassador Mohamed El-Shinawy stated that the President reviewed all student details and their scores in various tests through the electronic results registration system, ensuring full transparency in the examination results up to the selection stage.
The spokesman added that the President engaged in discussions with the applicants on several issues at the local, regional, and international levels to assess their intellectual awareness and cultural understanding.
The President expressed his appreciation for the students’ level of knowledge and awareness of the efforts undertaken by the Egyptian state in various sectors.
He urged them to continue learning and keeping pace with modern sciences to build strong, capable individuals who can protect the nation.
He also encouraged them to be role models for all Egyptians, as they are an integral part of the society, entrusted with safeguarding Egypt’s security and stability amid the rapid challenges and changes in the Middle East.
The spokesman also noted that the President emphasized the Armed Forces’ commitment to selecting the best students objectively and impartially, based on the latest precise scientific standards after they pass all examinations.
