President Abdel Fattah El Sisi offered his sincere condolences over the victims of the humanitarian catastrophe in Morocco and Libya.

“Egypt declared a three-day mourning in solidarity with the brothers in Morocco and Libya, over the victims of the humanitarian catastrophe resulting from the earthquake in Morocco and the storm in Libya,” presidency spokesman Ahmed Fahmy said today.

President Abdel Fattah El Sisi met yesterday morning with a number of commanders of the Armed Forces, the Presidency Spokesman said.

The President gave directives to the armed forces to provide immediate support and humanitarian relief, by air and sea, to the brothers in Libya and Morocco, including relief kits, rescue equipment, and shelter camps in cooperation and coordination with Libyan and Moroccan agencies and institutions.
