Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi opened on Wednesday a number of development projects via video-conferencing in Upper Egypt.
A new projects included Abu Qurqas water plant in Minya governorate, Abu Shanab sewage plant in Fayyoum and the expansions in the Deshna water plant.
The president also opened several national projects in Upper Egypt including, the children’s hospital in Luxor, Samalut specialised hospital, the liver and gastroenterology hospital of Minya University and the expansions in the faculty of dentistry, Assiut University.
This came on the fringe of the opening of the gasoline production complex of Assiut Oil Refining Company (ASORC) in Assuit governorate as well as a number of other developmental projects in Upper Egypt.
