President Abdel Fattah El Sisi offered his sincere condolences and sympathy to the people and government of Tanzania on the death of President John Magufuli who passed away at the age of 61 from a heart condition.

Magufuli died after a long march that is full of giving during which he made many contributions in several areas to serve his people, his country and the African continent, President Sisi said.

Referring to the strong fraternal relations between Egypt and Tanzania, the president affirmed the solidarity of the Egyptian government and people, with the brotherly people of Tanzania in this painful news.
