This comes within the framework of the plan of the state to boost Egypt’s role as an international, trade and logistic center.
This came during Sisi’s meeting with Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CMA CGM Group Rodolphe Saadé in the presence of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli, Transport Minister Kamel el Wazir and Head of the Suez Canal Authority (SCA) Osama Rabie.
Saadé apprised Sisi off the latest development of the projects done by the company in Egypt, lauding the cooperation atmosphere, Presidential Spokesman Ahmed Fahmi said.
He also asserted the keenness of the company to expand frameworks of cooperation to include new projects in light of tangible promising work opportunities in Egypt in the fields of developing ports and logistics trade centers.
