CAIRO – President Abdel Fatah El Sisi heads Tuesday to the Spanish capital of Madrid on an official visit to the Kingdom of Spain, within the framework of co-operation between the two countries.
Presidential spokesman Mohamed El Shennawy said the president will hold talks during the visit with the king and the prime minister of Spain, as well as representatives of some major Spanish companies.
The president will take part in an economic event to be attended by Spanish businessmen and senior representatives of Spanish companies, added Shennawy.
During the visit, an agreement aimed at promoting relations and partnerships between the two sides will be signed, according to him.
A number of memorandums of understanding on cooperation in various domains, will be also signed.
