Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Saturday headed for a marquee erected in the Upper Egypt governorate of Beni Suef to mourn the victims of storm Daniel that wreaked havoc in Libya, leaving thousands dead and injured.
The president will offer condolences to the families of the victims, according to Presidential Spokesman Ahmed Fahmy.
