Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Tuesday sent a cable of greetings to his Malawian counterpart Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera on Independence Day.
Sisi also delegated presidential secretary Hossam Zaatar to the Embassy of Malawi in Cairo to extend greetings on the occasion.
Sisi sent another cable of greetings to President of Rwanda Paul Kagame on Liberation Day.
He also delegated presidential secretary Abdel Aziz el Sherif to the Embassy of Rwanda in Cairo to extend greetings on the occasion.
