Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi received on Wednesday a phone call from Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte on the latest developments of the current escalation between Palestinians and Israelis.
The two sides agreed on the serious consequences of the current escalation on the entire region.
Presidential Spokesman Ahmed Fahmy said President Sisi stressed that Egypt will continue efforts to coordinate regional and international efforts to adopt the track of negotiations, deescalate the situation and end military operations.
He stressed that achieving a just and comprehensive peace is key to regional stability and security.
