Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has directed to grant the so-called “golden license” to all investors for three months.
Sisi’s directives came on Saturday at the inauguration of the first international forum and exhibition for industry, which lasts for three days at Al Manara International Conference Center in New Cairo.
The president told the prime minister that all parties should work and co-operate to achieve progress in Egypt.
Sisi pointed out that the license will be granted to all applicants for three months and the state will then review the results of this step.
The event is attended by a large number of Egyptian, Arab and foreign investors, representatives of relevant regional and international institutions, members of joint Arab chambers of commerce and industry, representatives of diplomatic missions in Egypt, businessmen and the board of the Federation of Egyptian Industries (FEI), among others.
