CAIRO– Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has directed to continue carrying out projects under the best standards of quality and abiding by the set timetables.
The president’s directives came on Saturday during his meeting with president of the Armed Forces Engineering Authority Ahmed Al Azazi and officials from the authority.
The meeting reviewed the implementation progress of national projects carried out by the authority to serve different sectors nationwide, particularly road development projects aiming to ease traffic jam, Presidential Spokesman Ahmed Fahmy.
The meeting also touched upon the establishment of development industrial and agricultural zones to facilitate and increase investment and trade and strengthen different economic activities to contribute to achieving the sustainable development goals.
During the meeting, the authority also highlighted the implementation progress of projects it carries out under the national strategy to develop Sinai as well as development projects in new cities.
