Sisi made the remarks during the fifth edition of differently-abled ceremony at Al-Manara International Conference Center.
Sisi said the ceremony offers a chance to think about the greatness of God.
As for Ras Hekma project, the president asserted that the state is keen on being clear and transparent with the Egyptian people with regard to the new project.
Sisi said that Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli has explained the partnership with the UAE for the project which will be the largest tourist project in the Mediterranean Sea.
He thanked the UAE, especially President Sheikh Mohamed ben Zayed, noting that it was not easy to injected dlrs 35 billion in two months.
He expounded that this is a kind of support to Egypt in light of the hard economic conditions in Egypt over the past four years.
He noted that any crisis in any part of the world affects Egypt, referring to the corona crisis, the Russian-Ukrainian war, and the major stand-off in the Gaza Strip.
