President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has delegated Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal to attend Darul Ifta ceremony marking Ramadan moon-sighting on Friday.
In a statement Tuesday, the governorate said that the ceremony will be held Friday following Maghrib – Sunset Prayer – at Al Azhar’s Conference Center in Nasr City district of Cairo.
