CAIRO- Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi congratulated Egypt’s Al-Ahly SC on claiming their 11th African title after a 1-1 tie with Morocco’s Wydad on Sunday in Mohamed V Stadium.
Sisi applauded the historic achievement made by the national team, as well as the high spirit and determination shown by the Pharaohs during the final game, according to Presidential Spokesman Ahmed Fahmy.
The president also wished the Egyptian sports more victories in various championships, added the spokesman.
