MINYA, Upper Egypt – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Thursday had breakfast with the residents of El Ma’sarah village in the Upper Egyptian governorate of Minya and held an open dialogue with them, said Presidential Spokesman Ahmed Fahmi.
During his talk with the villagers, the president stressed the State pays great attention to citizens in the countryside and Upper Egypt, saying all development projects carried out nationwide aim to serve the citizens in every part of the country.
