Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Thursday arrived at the headquarters of a ceremony marking the inauguration of the Suez Canal Authority’s (SCA) new marine units.
The units aim to support the vital waterway and cope with acclerating technological development in the field of maritime industries.
Sisi was received by a number of ministers, key state officials and key figures of the authority.
Earlier on Thursday, Sisi inspected the SCA building in Ismailia, where he opened the Olympic village.
