Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukri had on Wednesday a phone call with his Greek counterpart Nikos Dendias within the framework of the strategic ties between the two countries and continued consultations on issues of mutual concern.
The talks tackled means of enhancing bilateral ties, especially in view of the current international challenges in various domains, Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Hafez said.
The talks also reviewed regional conditions as well as a host of regional and international issues of mutual interest.
The two sides discussed various crises facing the world and means of promoting cooperation to curb the impact of these crises and current challenges.
