Cairo Governor Major General Khaled Abdel-Al, witnessed today the celebration held by the Egyptian-Chinese Friendship Association on the occasion of the 65th anniversary of its establishment at Abdeen Palace.
Minister of Civil Aviation, Major General Mohamed Abbas Helmy, and Minister of Local Development,Major General Hisham Amna, participated in the ceremony along with host of senior officials.
The Governor of Cairo stressed that today’s celebration is a clear example of the development witnessed by Egyptian-Chinese relations in all fields since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two friendly countries, which are witnessing great development in all sectors.
The Governor of Cairo added that Egyptian-Chinese relations during the era of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, are witnessing a stage of prosperity and joint cooperation, which is based on the historical friendship relations between the two ancient civilizations, and also includes partnership in the economic and commercial fields.
The governor pointed out that the co-operation provided by the political leadership between Egyptian and Chinese economic entities creates an environment for development through which the common interests of the two countries are achieved within the framework of Egyptian efforts with development orientations in light of Egypt’s Vision 2030.This, he added, contributes to establishing more comprehensive and expanded future relations .
