Egyptian Minister of Social Solidarity Nevine El-Qabbaj on Monday issued a decision appointing Hassan Moustafa Abdel Aziz as assistant solidarity minister for investment and development of resources as of the 1st of July.
Upon the decision, Abdel Aziz will be assigned to outline plans to develop resources of the ministry through investing in its assets with the aim of maximizing its revenues to be reused in achieving development and societal objectives.
He will also contribute to drafting the statutes and executive measures necessary for the governance of the ministry’s resources and investment.
Abdel Aziz holds a master’s degree in sustainable development planning and a PhD researcher in crisis and risk management at the Faculty of Graduate Studies for Statistical Research, Cairo University.
