Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued a decree approving a letter of exchange between Egypt and Japan on the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA)’s provision of a loan worth JPY 41 billion for the first phase of Cairo metro Line 4.
The agreement was signed in Cairo on December 26, 2022.
