Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued presidential decree no. 191 of 2022 approving a simplified agreement between the Egyptian Ministry of International Co-operation and the French Development Agency on a sanitation water treatment project in Helwan.
The agreement, inked in Cairo on March 28 in 2022, includes a credit facilitation with an amount of 52 million euros and a grant of 25.100 million euros.
The decree was published in the official gazette on Thursday.
