Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on Thursday issued decree no.333 of 2023 amending some provisions of presidential decree no.36 of 2019 on the establishment of a private university bearing the name “Sphinx University”.
The modification entails changing the name of the Technology and Development faculty to become the Faculty of Computers and Artificial Intelligence.
The amendment, also, includes setting up new colleges for law, veterinary medicine and biotechnology at the university.
The decree was published in the official gazette.
