CAIRO – Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi has greeted the Egyptian people on Christmas.
In a tweet Friday, Sisi wished “our people and country all good on the occasion of Christmas”. It is an occasion that reflects Egyptians’ love for their homeland and the humanitarian coexistence among them, the president tweeted.
Sisi also stressed that “we will never deviate from humanitarian coexistence and the authentic faith in the unity of the homeland”.
It is an occasion to be inspired by Jesus Christ’s values of peace, love, tolerance, forgiveness and benevolence, the president noted.
Sisi also wished Egypt everlasting safety and security.
