The Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi affirmed that Egypt will work within the upcoming stage with all member states of the Middle East initiative to combat climate change and to adapt with its adverse impacts on scientific basis, affirmed President Sisi.
“Egypt is pleased to work within the upcoming period with all member states of the initiative to ensure implementing comprehensive action plan that contributes to enabling our countries to be more capable of combating climate change and adapting with its adverse impacts on scientific basis,” he added at the conclusion of the Heads of State Summit for the launch of the Eastern Mediterranean and Middle East (EMME) Climate Change Initiative (EMME-CCI) on Tuesday.
President Sisi extended thanks to all the participants for attending the dialogue, shedding light on the importance of continuing efforts to implement climate commitments.
President Sisi also wished the participants a pleasant stay in the charming city of Sharm el-Sheikh.
