President Sisi, Rwandan counterpart witness inking of cooperation deals 1 - Egyptian Gazette

CAIRO – President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and his Rwandan counterpart Paul Kagame, currently visiting Egypt, witnessed the inking of a number of cooperation protocols and memorandums of understanding between the two countries.

The deals were signed at the Al Ittihadiya presidential palace.

Minister of Communications and IT Amr Talaat signed with Rwandan Foreign Minister Vincent Biruta a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the IT and postal domains.

Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry signed four memorandums of understanding with his Rwandan Foreign Minister Vincent Biruta in the fields of diplomatic training, sports, youths and museums.

Earlier in the day, President Sisi received his Rwandan counterpart Kagame at Al Ittihadiya palace.

The national anthems of both countries were played and the two leaders reviewed the honor guards.
