Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi inspected pavilions and exhibits of national and international companies participating in Egypt’s first International Airshow 2024, which kicked off Tuesday morning.
The three-day event is organised at Alamein International Airport under the auspices of President Sisi.
Representing more than 100 countries, about 300 aeroplane manufacturers and space industrialists are taking part in the Airshow.
Also attending are representatives of many regional and international organizations concerned with air and space industry.
The event, the largest in Africa and the Middle East, aims to accelerate industrialization, digitalization, and globalization in the defense, space, and commercial aviation sectors in Africa and the Middle East.
