Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi inspected on Saturday Al Marashdah village in El Waqf municipality in Qena governorate, Upper Egypt, to follow up the implementation of projects of the Decent Life initiative.
In a statement, the Decent Life Foundation said Sisi made an inspection tour of the village’s service complex that serves 55,000 people. The three-floor building was established at a cost of EGP 13.5 million.
The president also inspected the agricultural services complex carried out at a total cost of EGP 12 million as well as a fully equipped health unit established on an area of 1,200 meters square.
He also headed for the Decent Life library, the first of its kind in Upper Egypt. The Library had been set up in cooperation with the Culture Ministry in line with the president’s directives.
