Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi sent a greeting cable to Bulgarian President Rumen Radev on the occasion of Bulgaria’s Liberation Day.
President Sisi also delegated Presidential Secretary Mohamed Adel Mokhtar to the Bulgarian embassy in Cairo to greet them on the occasion.
