President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi said at the Laylat al-Qadr celebration on Monday in Cairo that Egypt sends “a message of peace, from the land of peace, in the night of peace.” His speech focused on the need to protect human dignity and to stand with those suffering from conflict.
He stated that peace is the essence of existence and reaffirmed Egypt’s historic role in supporting just causes. Sisi called for de-escalation, urging an end to bloodshed and condemning aggression against Arab states. He stressed the importance of serious negotiations to resolve regional crises.
The president highlighted that shared human destiny requires coexistence and collective responsibility. He positioned Egypt as a nation committed to restraint and dialogue, insisting that peace must guide political action as much as it guides spiritual life.
