CAIRO – Egyptian Public Enterprise Sector Minister Hisham Tawfiq has discussed with Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs Minister Nabila Makram files related to the sixth edition of the “Egypt Can” series of conferences.
Planned to be held under the rubric of “Egypt Can with Industry”, the coming edition is being organized in cooperation with the Trade and Industry Ministry along with the various state bodies concerned.
During the meeting, attended by a host of state officials, Makram extended thanks to the public enterprise minister for the fruitful cooperation between their two ministries, as part of preparations for “Egypt Can with Industry” conference, according to a statement issued by the Public Enterprise Sector Ministry Thursday.
Makram also pointed out to holding workshops between the two ministries to tackle ways of enhancing industry, added the statement.
Tawfiq, for his part, voiced his ministry’s keenness on participating in the conferences of “Egypt Can” through the companies affiliated with his ministry.
He further said that Gosoor project “Previously, Al-Nasr Export and Import” will take part in the upcoming conference.
“Egypt Can” is a series of conferences hosting Egyptian expats specialized in different fields of knowledge to capitalize on their experience and get acquainted with proposals and international achievements in modernizing the state and achieving sustainable development goals.
