EL ALAMEIN – Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark said on Monday that the construction projects in New El Alamein City reflect development being witnessed by Egypt.
The pontiff made the remarks at a meeting with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, Minister of State for Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates’ Affairs Soha Gendi and 90 youth taking part in the 3rd Logos Coptic Youth Forum 2022.
He called on the youth not to believe misinformation spread in foreign media about the situation in Egypt.
The pontiff also shed light on the Decent Life project, which serves 60 million citizens in rural areas in Egypt.
