CAIRO – The 10th session of the Egyptian-Lebanese Higher Committee kicked off on Sunday under the co-chairmanship of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli and his Lebanese counterpart Nawaf Salam.
The meetings come as part of efforts to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in many fields.
The committee will review a number of issues of mutual interest and is expected to see the signing of several memoranda of understanding and cooperation protocols.
The convocation of the committee reiterates the Egyptian and Lebanese leaderships’ commitment to promoting bilateral relations in a way that better serves the interests of the two nations.
