Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli and his Iraqi counterpart Mohamed Shaiaa al Sudani will co-chair meetings of the second joint higher committee later on Tuesday.
The premiers are set to seal a number of co-operation deals at the end of the meetings.
Currently on a visit to Egypt, Sudani is accompanied by his ministers of foreign affairs, housing, trade and electricity, as well as the governor of the Central Bank of Iraq.
