NEW ALAMEIN – Egyptian Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli has witnessed the inking of a contract between Hisense-Egypt and the Chinese industrial developer (TEDA) in the Suez Canal Economic Zone.

The signing ceremony was attended by a host of respective officials, including Waleed Gamal El-Dein, Chairman of the General Authority of Suez Canal Economic Zone (SCZONE).

The project is carried out in partnership with the UAE’s FBB TECH over an area of 110,000 square meters with $38 million investments and production capacity of 2.5 million units in Sokhna Industrial Zone.

Gamal El-Dein said the deal is part of the authority’s strategy to increase Egyptian exports to hit $100 billion by 2030 through fostering cooperation with one of the biggest trade marks .
