Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli on Monday underscored the importance of finalizing the development of spinning and weaving factories nationwide on schedule.
The factories will be finalized within the planned schedule, which was announced by Misr for Spinning and Weaving company, added Madbouli during an inspection tour of the company in El Mahalla El Kobra city.
The premier had made a tour of the company factories in El Mahalla El Kobra, Gharbiya, which is currently undergoing overall development.
The premier was accompanied by Minister of Local Development Hisham Amna, Public Enterprises Minister Mahmoud Essmat, Gharbiya Governor Tareq Rahmi and top officials of the company.
During the tour, the premier inspected the development works of the company’s various sectors which is part of the Public Enterprises Ministry’s all-out plan to restructure and overhaul the companies affiliated to the Holding Company for Spinning and Weaving at a total cost of EGP 23 billion.
Board Chairman of Cotton & Textile Industries Holding Company Ahmed Mostafa posted the premier on the development action plan of the spinning and weaving factories in the country.
The upgrade plan comes in implementation of the Public Enterprises Ministry’s efforts to develop spinning and weaving companies, according to him.
