Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly has stressed that the state prioritizes backing the projects of technical schools and technological universities.
The premier’s remarks came on Thursday at a meeting held with Ahmed El Sewedy, CEO of
Elsewedy Electric Co., in the presence of Hanan Al Rehani, director general of ElSewedy University of Technology, to follow up the progress of the company’s projects to develop technical and technological education.
Madbouly reiterated that such projects are important for backing the labor market through qualifying efficient cadres to cope with the scientific and technological development in different domains.
During the meeting, El Sewedy reviewed a number of educational projects carried out by the company, citing the establishment of Elsewedy Technical Academy and technical schools that contributed to providing the labor markets with more than 2,000 qualified graduates and some 8,000 trainees in different fields.
The premier stressed that government completely supports expanding in the establishment of technical schools and technological universities.
