Egypt’s Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli chaired a meeting on Saturday in the presence of Director of the National Centre for Planning State Land Use Naser Fawzy to review a number of issues considered by the centre.
The premier pointed out that the meeting is held under the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to have accurate database of vacant lands and optimize their use.
Fawzy said the centre has finished studying 128 relevant topics out of 144 points, while the studying of the 13 remaining issues is being completed.
Fawzy also reviewed a plan on upgrading and relocating slaughterhouses nationwide and the urban planning of Al Fustat district in Cairo.
